CHEAP BEER & DRINKS
Enjoy crew prices, cold drinks and a bar area that keeps moving.
You are not just working the party — you are part of it.

WORK WITH FRIENDS
Sign up early and we’ll do our best to place you with your friends.
Friend-matching can’t be guaranteed close to the festival.

REAL FOOD ON EVERY SHIFT
No sad snacks before a long shift.
We serve proper food, so you have energy for both work and festival.

No experience needed
Never worked behind a bar before? No problem.
We train you, guide you and keep it simple from day one.

ACCEsS & SHIFtS
Get full access to Roskilde Festival by working 32 hours across 4 shifts.
Choose a shift package that fits your festival. Want shifts with your friends? Sign up early. The closer we get to the festival, the harder it becomes to place you together.
Favourite artist playing during your shift? Talk to your bar manager. We can often find a solution, as long as the schedule still works.

THE ATMOSPHERE
GringoBar is busy, social and full of movement.
You feel the crowd from the first drink you serve.

WHICH TEAM?
From frozen daiquiris and champagne to our signature chili tequila — there is a bar style for everyone.
Find the team that fits you.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Most volunteers work in the bars, where you help keep the drinks flowing and the energy high.
Typical tasks include:
-
serving guests
-
prepping fruit, spirits and drinks
-
keeping the bar clean and ready
-
helping with a short clean-up shift
Not into bartending?
We also have roles in check-in, crew bar and kitchen — all part of keeping GringoBar running.

Talk of the Town
(Festival Town, that is)
GringoBar is known for moments people talk about long after the music stops.
Like our chili tequila ritual: red pepper, cowboy hat, loud “Mucho Macho” — and a crowd that knows exactly what’s coming.
At first, you watch it happen.
Soon, you are the one making it happen.
